If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Service at and we will replace any damage goods it as soon as practical. If you're not fully satisfied with your order please give us the opportunity to make you happy.

How can I make a change or cancel my order?

To make a change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service. Your change or cancellation must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the shipping date. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed on the day they are shipped.

Request a refund

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

How to return an item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Return exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include most of the whole hams and cured meats. Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
